Workflow Design Process

Consultation
A meeting will be held to discuss the overall needs of the client and process of design. Upon agreement, between Designer and Client, a retainer of 50% of estimated design fee is due.

Preliminary Review “A”

Fischer Design Services, Inc. will have ready for your review a preliminary floor plan drawing.

Preliminary Review “B”

Fischer Design Services, Inc. will have all changes from Preliminary “A” ready for your review. Any major structural change after this point will fall under Additional Changes below.

Final Review

All drawings will be presented to the client. Minor changes are acceptable at this phase. Major structural changes affecting already approved drawings (from Preliminary “B”) are subjected to an hourly rate. A full set of drawings will be given to you with the minor marks already made (if any). Plans will not be released until final payment is received in full.

Additional Changes

Any changes (major or minor) made after the Final Review will be subject to an hourly rate.
